About the Artist
Kaitlyn O’Keefe is a Chicago based artist with a passion for drawing, painting, and wildlife. Just in case you haven’t noticed, she draws a lot of animals. Kaitlyn is always striving for out-of-the-box thinking that plays to her strengths and passions as an illustrator which include highly detailed and texturized traditional inking and painting. She is a recent graduate from Columbia College Chicago with her BA in illustration. Her professional interests include working for the markets of children’s book illustration, surface illustration, and apparel design. Kaitlyn is constantly working to further develop her style, enhance her portfolio, and accept commissions via her social media. Currently, she is producing her creative concepts for logo designs, painting and mural work as well as working with a variety of traditional media. As she continues to generate artwork she strives to enlighten viewers with her captivating line work.
